How many apartments are there at The Osborne Apartments?

The Osborne Apartments is a collection of 46 apartments within Hesketh Crescent, a nineteenth century grade two listed building. Each apartment is unique due to the architectural importance of this Regency-styled Crescent

What time can I arrive at my Apartment?

Your apartment will be ready for you to check into at 4pm on the Friday or Saturday of your arrival week. At the end of your holiday we request that you vacate your accommodation no later than 10am.

Please note our Reception Office Hours are Sun-Thurs 9am-6pm and Friday-Saturday 8.30am-7pm.

If you think you will be arriving outside our office hours, please inform us in advance on 01803 209600

What is Holiday Membership?

Holiday Membership is a flexible and very cost-effective way of enjoying holidays in Torquay, as well as giving you flexibility to exchange with other resorts too.


Is Wi-Fi available in the apartments?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available in all of the apartments and is free of charge, you will be given a voucher when you check-in.

(Please note that Phone signal can be poor in some of the Apartment)

Are the apartments non-smoking?

Yes, Smoking is not permitted in the apartments, Hotel or indoor public areas. You can smoke in the Gardens, but we kindly ask all cigarette’s are disposed of in the bins provided.

Are our apartments Dog friendly?

Unfortunately not, we do not allow Dogs in any of our Apartments. Dogs on a lead are welcome on the Terrace and in the gardens, and bin are provided.

What Kitchen facilities are there?

All our apartments have a cooker, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster & kettle. Crockery & Utensils are provided.

You will receive a free welcome box with some cleaning equipment for your stay also.

(Most of our apartments also have a under counter dishwasher)

Do you provide Pool Towels?

Yes, we can provide Pool Towels for a charge of £1.00 each, you can request for them to be put in to your Apartment on arrival or collect from the Reception. (A £10.00 charge will be made for any towels not returned)

Are you on a bus route?

Right outside the gates to the Osborne Apartments you can pick up the bus into Torquay. It is a regular service and timetables are available from our Reception

Can we have shopping delivered to our apartment?

We understand that many of our guests may wish to use the services of online supermarkets during their stay. We cannot take responsibility for your shopping. However, you can accept a delivery any day after 4pm. Please give the online store your mobile phone number and apartment number.

Is Torquay an all-year round resort?

Torquay and the English Riviera attracts visitors throughout the year and the majority of facilities and local attractions cater to the seasonality of the resort.
