Requirement Form

Please use this form to tell us about your requirements for your forthcoming stay. If your stay is for longer than a week, please submit a requirement form for each week. If you have any difficulties or queries please contact on of the Osborne Apartments Team who will be happy to help you by telephone or email.

  • If you are not sure about what week you are occupying, please call the office on 01803 209600 or alternatively leave the week as 1 and put in the correct arrival/departure dates in the fields below. Thank you.

  • Please note apartments 3 and 61 have fixed double beds and cannot be made up as a twin. All second bedrooms can only be made as a twin but you are welcome to push the beds together on arrival.

  • Not all apartments have Study Beds, so please do not select from the drop down if your apartment does not have this option. Please note that Sofa bed linen is provided in all apartments (where applicable).

  • If you require extra linen, please note that this is additional to the linen already supplied for the maximum occupancy and is chargable on departure. Sheets, blankets and waterproof sheets are Free of Charge.

  • NEWSPAPERS - NB: There is a Delivery charge of £2.00 per week or no charge for a Sunday or a Saturday paper ONLY.

  • Please note any further requirements and we will endeavour to fulfil them:

  • By agreeing to the terms and conditions you have noted that occupation of your apartment is from 4.00pm on the day of your arrival and that departure is by 10.00am on the last day of your stay. I agree to abide by the Club Rules: at no time during my occupation will the number of occupants exceed the maximum as stated above: any breakages/damage will be reported and the apartment will be left in a clean and tidy condition. The Club reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning, if necessary. No animal pet dog or bird shall be brought upon or kept in any apartment.
